CKST Family,

First, I want to thank the multiple families that reached out to help find our next coach.  It was overwhelming to see this community come together to find the best solution.  We had multiple recommendations of potential coaches and even some who offered their own time if no other solution was found.  It is that spirit that runs through this team that makes this group so special and such an amazing thing to be part of. 

So with that, I want to announce we have found our next head coach, Payton Sage.  Payton has been a competitive swimmer for many years and has a unique story to tell of his evolution in the sport.  I'll let him tell his story and introduce himself in this welcome video, but I look forward to letting him grow with our CKST community.

A few house cleaning items to make note of:

Club swimmers, if you intend to swim at KCI, League, and State, the last day to practice with your current team is May 15th. 

We will have another officials training at Columbine Knolls next week during the upper division practice (7:00 - 8:00 pm) Wednesday and Thursday.  You only need to attend one session, but wanted to give options for anyone with scheduling conflicts.  We do have a large need for officials, as some of officials from previous years have moved on.  If you have any interest in helping in this way, please stop by Wednesday or Thursday night. 

Also, please be sure to download the app.  We will be using that extensively again this year from meet entries, volunteer sign ups, and in the moment push notifications for things like weather delays.  Search you app store for "swimtopia" and it should pop up for you.
