CKST families,

By now, everyone should be signed up for all Silver and Gold league.  A few reminders:

A swimmer can only swim in one meet, not both.

If a swimmer qualified in only 1 gold event, they can choose which meet to swim at, but they can't swim the qualified event at silver.

Friday events include all silver races for 12 and under AND GOLD 400, 200 freestyle for all ages and 8&U 100 freestyle 

Friday Warm up schedule:

7:20 to 7:40: CK-Ln 3,4

Location - Bear Creek Swim and Tennis 

Gold League Saturday 

Location -  Governor's Ranch

Warm up : 6:00-6:15 lanes 1-3

Please look at the needed volunteer shifts.  We need a total of 9 timers and 1 data entry.  I believe everyone has met their PPF requirements, so please look to sign up even if you have completed your PPF needs.
